BTA with forked tentacles

Noticed that he had a forked tentacle when I first got him, now he has at least three. does this occur in alot of BTA's? I will post up a pic later today.

Back when I kept BTAs, I would notice that from time to time, nothing to be too concerned about.

Mine has about 3 or 4 forked tentacles,that is a normal thing. But I don't know what causes it to happen.
