Bta's foot is coming apart

My gbta's foot is slowly falling apart. It doesn't expand anymore and its tentacles are short. It is not sticky also. It has been like this for the last 2-3 months. I have placed it in a breeder box with a power head pointed at the box. I have a bunch of other btas and they are all doing good. What can I do to save it?

If I'm not mistaken....once it's foot starts coming apart it's a goner

It has been like this for a couple of months. It is not chunks coming apart from the foot. It is more like strands. It is still alive and I want to save it but I don't know what to do. Anybody else have some ideas.

how old is it?
is it bleached?
also are your lights clean so it gets as much light as possible?
