I have a couple of Chalices that have small bubbles of bubble algae at the edge of their current growth. They are difficult to get to to remove. Will this impede the growth of the Chalice? Thanks.
IME, yes. I've seen the bubble start as a few tiny balls and grow until ti started killing the edges of the chalice. It can get a really good hold between the ridges...
I just get a sharp skinny knife, get underneath the whole Bubble and pop it off. ( OUT SIDE the Tank ) you don't want that bubble releasing more spores in your tank.
