I have 3 spots in my tank that have one piece of bubble algae each. I don't wanna get an emerald crab for 3 bubbles...is it safe to pick 'em off...the rocks are not able to be removed from my tank....any suggestions are welcomed :)

as long as they dont pop you can pick them out. If they do pop you will have an infestation throughout the tank. TL;DR, be careful.

hey chief,
i own a 28 gal nano cube and about a month ago i had a CRAZY outbreak of bubble algae like out of no where with in about a 1 week span. i had over 100 bubbles, to be honest with the the larger they are the sturdier they are,the easier they are to pluck off, i more or less kinda rolled them off and gently as i could. if you can pull out the rock or what ever it is growing on out of your tank it makes it easier. this is what i did, i pulled out the rocks it was growing on pulled off as much as i could and then i only had one pop....i got some rodi water and washed down that area and the dried it with a towel the best i could....then i took a lighter and baked that area where it was growing and or popped on the rock to make sure it was no more. it killed some of the coraline algae but it was worth it to make sure it was gone. it purpled back up in a week with minimal die off. what ever you do, do not pop it in the tank....if your a visual learner like my self..peep this video it is very very very helpful...good luck.
