Bubble algae.

How do i get rid of the bubble algae? Anything eat it?

Emerald crabs work well for me.

How big is your tank? Emerald crabs are known to eat bubble algae along with certain Tangs, Foxface & Rabbitfish. Being that my tank was too small for these I got rid of mine through manual removal. Right before each water change I would rip out as much as I could.

Emerald crabs walked right past any bubble algae I had.

I manually removed mine. But it had got to the point of a plague, so I removed all rock and scrubbed each piece. I then dunked in separate salt water and returned to tank. Took a few hours. It was non existent after that.

If it is a smaller amount, I would siphon it out of there, and scrape the area as much as you can with the hose when you do. It is a slow growing algae, so it can be a pest even with low nutrients.

Emerald crab should do the job. Just use caution as they have been know to nip at corals

I have a 65g. I'm a crab hater. The little ones knocked my frags over and the bigger ones ate my fish. I haven't noticed much change switching to snails only cuc until I added new rock and the bubble algae that came with it. I was hoping for a possible fish that might dine on it. But if not manual will have to do.

A foxface or rabbitfish MAY eat them, but there is no guarantee. I have a scribbled rabbitfish who does not touch them. However, I still have hair algae and he loves it. I would add emerald crabs, but I do not trust them with my SPS.
