Bubble coral problems any ideas?

My bubble coral has been deflated in an area for anfew weeks now. I dipped in iodine in case of infection or wound. Some algae is starting to grow on the blades. I raised it from sandbed to halfway up. Plenty of other sps and lps doing great. Water is stable at:
1.025 salinity
8.5 kh
465 calcium
.01 Phosphates

Too much flow?
Not alot of info to go on, just a guess.
