??? bubble in eye????

It is hard to say specifically from your description. Please clarify what fish you are talking about. Are there any other symptoms? Does the fish have multiple bubbles? If it is just one single, then it sounds like pop eye. I have had good luck curing pop eye by soaking their fish food in alternating mixtures of Garlic extract and vitamins. On top of that keeping the water fresh and clean by doing water changes. I feel there are many things in salt water that get used up and the best thing you can do for your fish and corals is change your water frequently. Good luck!
