Bubble Tip Anemone

Hey, I recently bought a BTA after waiting 6 long months to est. my tank! I have a Nova Extreme 25wx4 on a 24gal tank. The anemone is under the rocks right now hiding, is this normal? I've done some research on them about feeding it, but still need a little more information. Where do I get Silversides ? Can you also use squid and shrimp from the grocery store? Also, how often would i feed this?

1)It is normal for them to hide in the rocks for a while till they settle in after a bit.

2)You can get Silversides at your pet store.I dont feed them I feed mysis.IMO silversides can be bad for them anemone.Other think the same thing!

3)You can feed them food from the store but you have to clean it.

4)I feed mine once a week to induce splitting!

Thanks again. Will they eat Brine shrimp? If so, do I have to directly feed them with a turkey bast or something similar or can i just toss the brines in there?

I feed mine some brine sometimes!Any time you fed your anemone it should be target fed!
