I've had this anemone since July and it has been hosting a clown the entire time. Yesterday I noticed that he started to shrink and the clown was pulling at its tentacles.
I got home from work and it looked even worse. It moved off the rock it has been on for months and to the base of another rock by the heater, its foot was partially on the heater. I moved the heater to the front of the tank, the anemone moved to it again (water temp was/is 79 degrees, always has been). Parameters are all good (I just checked them because a frag I purchased died).
Any ideas??
