Bubble tip hiding out

I just got a green buble tip, 1st day it was fine, opened up closed at nite. next day it started to drift toward the side of the tank, next day it was at the side of the tank up against some rock, now it's behind some rock attached to the side glass where there is no light, it did open a little yesterday and today but i can't get to it to feed and it is getting no light. Is he just stressed and I should leave it till it's ready to come out or should i force it out to the light? I have a 56 gallon corner tank with 250w metal halide on about 7 hours a day

How old is the tank and what are your water parameters?
