Bubble tip still hiding over month now.

My bubble tip is still hiding after at least 5 weeks. He's got great color, water specs are great, good flow and the host clown makes sure he's fed, I have tried to feed, but no change. The new lights are 2 months old and on lps pre-set mode. I'm at a loss. Tank and nem is over yr old. 90 gal. Any suggestions.
