Bubble Tip

I have a bubble tip anemone that split in to two about a few months ago. Ever since the splitting they haven't opened up to their fullness. They stay closed a majority of the time and remain very small. I don't know if they are being feed enough or if they are just small like that when they don't split but it has been a while. They have moved into a small caves in my take and hide more than they come out. MY CLOWN IS ****ED!
