Bubbleking Pump Please help!

Does anoone have a manual for the pump that goes to a bubbleking mini 180 gen II. I am having pump issues with it not working and in a real jam. If anyone can help I'll be very grateful as right now I have no skimmer

is it a new skimmer? RD pumps when they are not cleaned regularly can jam when restarting. try taking it apart and letting it soak in a vinegar/water bath.

take it apart and check and see if anything is lodged in the needlewheel

I have run my RD pumps for a year no cleaning, there must be something that got sucked in the pump

+1 Try cleaning it and if it still doesn't work hit the Proline/Royal-Exclusiv/Aquaperfekt forum here, they are very helpful.
