BubbleKing sucking water through air filter

Ever since my BK 250 Supermarine came out of the sump for a cleaning, the silicone hose between the air chamber and the RD pump has been passing water through it...it's making a sucky noise (it used to run quiet) and the skimmer isn't working as well. I'm not getting a dark skimmate any more. THis has been going on for about a week.

How do you get the water out of the air system once it's got in there?
