Bubbles Bubbles Bubbles

I'm hoping someone can relate to this problem:

I have bubbles on my live rocks. I read something once before that they are the cause of algae (good algae) growing since the rock is base rock. It's just annoying. Does anybody know how to stop the bubbles or when it will stop (like when the rock matures)?

I'm trying to get crystal clear water, but the bubbles are making it very hard to achieve crystal clear water.

Also...could anyone give me some ideas on how to stop micro bubbles in my display tank? There are absolutely no micro bubbles in my sump, but there are a lot of little bubbles in my display tank. IDK if its because of the bubbles on the rocks or what. But I've looked all over online and tried to find some solutions/idea and haven't found any.

Thank you so much
Natalie

The micro bubbles in the tank could be coming from a small leak in the plumbing somewhere and letting air in, if there is no bubbles in the sump. They are hard to track down sometimes but you'll find a solution. I noticed when had microbubbles, they would stick to the rock, walls of the tank, etc... so that may be the cause of those as well

I was thinking a plumbing leak as well. Any microscopic hole in your plumbing will act like a venturi and suck air into the line. Make sure all joints are well-sealed with PVC cement.
