Bubbles on Favia

I have had this coral in my tank for a month now and when I got it it did not have these bubbles on. I put it in my tank 2 of them formed in a week. I was wondering what they are and are bubbles like this normal (first time I have had this type of coral). If they are not normal is there anything I can do to help the coral?

Where is it in your tank mlight wise?This could be a indication of to much light HTH.

About half way up in my tank but it is not shaded at all. I could possibly try and move it somewhere more shaded.

Iam thinking to much light .Can you put it on the sand bed?

I would't worry about it to much. I've had this one in the same spot for almost seven years and it will do this from time to time.
