bubbling frogspon

hey i was wondering if this was a normal thing? i have had this frogspn since september and each head is splitting, but i noticed that by the mouth its got these bubles that get huge sometimes... is that normal? i have another frogspon that i bought with 3 heads and in 3 months has split to a total of nine heads! but its never done the big bubble thing until recenty. spec. gravity is about 1.022, water changes are done 1nce a week.

That usually means that head is about to split. I have 3 different frogs and that is what happens right before a split.
