bugessi variant on DD

What is the deal with this guy?
Besides the origin of catch......i cant distinguish it from a common burgessi.....
Perhaps someone can chime in.........

I'm no expert on this complex of fish, but what about the brownish yellow band over the eye and the yellow by the pectoral fin? The next stripe behind the eye also seems faded, not that black.
