My chato has not really grown. If anything it has shrunk. I have tried a couple of different lights, but neither have made any difference. Any tips?

26w cfl bulbs running 24/7 is what works for me, when I was running an alternating light cycle it didn't grow at all then I changed to always on and now it grows like mad
