I couldn't tell you about the pressures on the corners. I just know my 160 measures about 60x23x22 and is rimless with 15mm low iron glass and weighs a TON. Their website says they use a proprietary black silicone so I don't know if that helps at all. There is another guy on the Elos subforum who has a custom 200 rimless as well, so I know they have gone bigger. I think the only way you're going to get an accurate answer is to either just do it or find an engineer and calculate the stresses involved.
This look similar in dimension as my Elos 100 which use 12mm front/side and much thicker bottom.. and the Elos 100 is 22.5", 2 inch shorter than your tank.
