Building a new sump

For my 135, I'm going to split it into 4 sections, the tank is going to be an aggressive FOWLR, My monsters need a bigger home and i don't like this tank dimensions for a reef.

1 sump for the pumps skimmer etc think 20 gallons
2 refugium 20 gallons
3 ATO 10 gallons
4. food section to hold live shrimp etc so the critters can not see or get to them when it's not feeding time

I'm thinking about making one box and then just splitting it into the 4 sections.
so do i make it out of
wood and fiberglass
glass
acrylic

I'm going to put up a sketch in a bit, but i figured I would ask the locals about cost effect supplies.

i've got a 55 gallon tank for sale that would be perfect for a sump. Homedepot sells glass precut that fits perfectly for baffles. Then you just have to silicon the baffles in to however big you want the sections. let me know.
