Building a small cube tank acrylic

Ok, I am planning to go to my local home depot, get some 1/4 inch thick acrylic, and order some weldon #3 and build myself a small cube tank AIO. I also plan to build my own lighting canopy (I'm thinking using a pvc pipe design I have seen used before). Any help on building acrylic tanks? I am going to do it soon, but I am wondering if there is any advice you can give me.
