Building stand for 400, help I'm female!

Okay so obviously I'm not a guy. I'm not good with anything that has to do with equipment or building stuff. I need a little advice on how to build the stand for a 90X36X30. It will be inwall. The front of the tank will sit on the cut out of the wall which consists of 2X6s every 18". How should the rest of the stand be configured? I was thinking of 2X6s doubled up but I'm not sure how close or how many. How big of a space could be left under the tank? Could I put 2X6s around the perimeter and the middle leaving two spaces approximately 3' wide on each side? I am wondering if I could put a sump under the tank. Thanks for any help.
