Buildmyled vs Apollo Solarblast UV 5000

I am in the process of building a 120g mixed reef tank. This is my first reef tank and need some advice on lighting. I plan on getting an Apex and I like the idea of getting lights that work with the system. I am looking at the buildmyled system vs the Solarblast UV 5000. Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on these two lights?

On another forum, there are some examples of a person using them on their 75g tank. Here are the pics. The first pic is their 6x54w T5. The other 3 are pics of a single LED strip. The strip is the "Custom Reef" strip with one UV LED in the center of each 12" section, using 75* optics, 3 year warranty -
