bulb dying?

my bulb anemone is spitting brown stuff and i could see its skeleton, is he dying? should i take him out already to avoid future problems? anyone with similar experience? water test all ok.

Brown things sounds like poop. Nem dont have skeleton for one thing. Water par? Actual numbers.

i guess its poop. thought it was guts cause it looks healthy again.. thanks.. made a mistake its a bubblle coral..
