Bulb or ballast problem?

I got my new T5's

They are finnex 6x54watt

There is 3 switches...I changed the configuration of the lights but the 2 lights that are running off one of the switches seems to be going on and off and one of the bulbs is not coming on? I've tried reinstalling the bulbs but it doesn't seem to be working? It seems to only be on that switch...Even if I tap the top of the fixture it will go on and off??? Any suggestions???

I would bet the capacitor inside the the ballast is weak. Bt that is just a guess I would check all you connections for a loose wire though.

I'm confused too.. Did you re-wire the ballasts? Sounds like you have three 2-lamp ballasts. If so, don't try and run more than two lamps per ballast!

It is a fixture that runs 2 bulbs off of each switch...Other than that, I have no idea...I'm terrible with electrical...I'm just going to send it back because I'm not comfortable having something in which something might be loose, etc...
