Has anyone had any problems with BRS supporting there equipment they sell. I have a 150gal RO/DI system and that when I started the membrane flush it would flush for about two minutes then would stop when I called the support staff at BRS they said maybe it was the Auto Shut Off Valve and they sent me new one out. I installed it on Friday the 12th after I installed it i got no water out of the waist water line so i called the support line for help. The person I talked with asked if the in and out marked on the valve was the same direction as the one replaced and it was and asked me what color the lines hooked up to the four connections to the valve and said they were hooked up correct. He then said he wanted me to take pictures and email them to him why I am not sure he said he would look for the email and maybe get back to me that day but probable would be next week. Being that I called as soon as they opened Friday morning you would think they could get back to me that day I told him that I needed to make DI water for my ATO for may tank over the weekend he didn't seem to care. I spent six hundred dollars for this system with the booster pump and all the extra stuff that went with it you think they could at least work with me that day but being Friday they must not work on that day. I live out in rural Florida and now don't know what to do about ATO water not sure if distilled water can be used from the store or just us tap water and hope for the best. I so regret now buying from BRS should of went with a company that sells nothing but RO/DI systems they would probably would be able to support there equipment better and not guess what is going on.
 
I've the same setup as you and your situation seems odd. Usually their customer service is really good. They helped me identify that I needed a booster pump and between the forums and them they helped me figure out I needed to open up the saddle valve I was using more so more water was getting in.

Why not post your pictures of the setup here and maybe someone here can assist with trouble shooting? It almost sounds as if something is clogged and preventing flow.

When your system is set up without the membrane flush valve open, is it registering any water pressure and is any water coming out of the system at all?
 
I get water out the blue line but get nothing out the black line was working fine till the problem started with the flush stopping after couple minutes. I agree something must be plugged. I don't know if the membranes can plug and cause this or something else is plugged. I've got booster pump and have lost pressure on the system so has to be a problem gone from 90lbs to 60lbs pressure. I don't know if membranes are bad now or what the problem could be but I think BRS could do a better job at handling the problem. They should have a dedicated support team for there RODI systems as many of them as they sell and as much as a person spends on them.
 
esh1 you said you have the same rodi system if you don't mind can you look at the auto shut off valve and see how it is hooked up mine is connected with the in side has the blue line on top and the red line on the bottom and on the out side the red line is on the top and the blue line is on the bottom if you can check yours it would help me out greatly. thanks.
