Bulkhead Fitting Hole Size Question

I had my tank drilled last night with two 1.5" ID holes and two 1" ID holes. The actual hole sizes in the glass are 2 5/8" and 1 7/8".

I called a local LFS to enquire about purchasing the fittings and the guy confused me. Could someone please tell me if the holes I have in my tank correspond to my desired finsihed holes?

I'd rather know that I am buying the right parts when I am there later rather then having to return them.

apparantly you drilled for schedule 80 bulkheads acoording to what savko shows bulkhead sizes & required holes....schedule 80 at the top & "lightweight bulkheads" is schedule 40

I recently ran into this exact same problem. My new tank is drilled with 3 1.5" holes for sch80 so I purchased 3 1.5" sch80 bulkhead from PA. Last night I realize they don't fit. After talking to the tank builder, I was told some manufacturers have changed the molds so there are 2 styles with different size. The old one used to be 2.5" while the new ones are 2 5/8".

So be sure to measure the hole size and get the right one.
