Bulkhead question

What do you guys use for bulkheads. It seem there is an economy version and top quality for way much more $$. Do you guys use FPTxslip, slipxslip or FPTxFPT?

I always buy double threaded so they can be used over and over again... Get mine through www.aquaticeco.com, they seem to have good prices and even better ones if you buy more than 10...

I have no problem with them... It's not like they are going to have tons of weight on them (physically), nor are they going to be pulled and pushed once they are in place...

You might call Scott, he was able to bring them in for me right from Rainbow Lifeguard. It a while for the shipping, but the price was right. He also that he could another “unknown” brand quicker but I wanted the Rainbows.

I too use the economy bulks from aquaticeco, they have so many different combos of thread/slip. I agree the threads are nice for re-usal, depends on how you are plumbing, a male adapter takes up space and can lead to salt creep, I use thread on the water side and slip on the outside. For $5 if i cant re-use it someday i'm not too heartbroken.
