Bulkheads

I am totally new to this but want to try it for myself. I have a R/R 180 gal. with a center overflow. My ? is where do I get the bulkheads from and which sizes do I need?
There are 3 holes on the bottom, 1 is 44mm and 2 are 60mm. This is how the tank came. I would assume that the 44mm would be my return and the 60mm would be the drains to the sump. There are also 2 holes at the top of the overflow that are 38mm. Can someone explain in simple terms what I need, where I can get it and how do I plum this tank.I have a 40gal sump(I hope this is big enough, if not I can go larger) and will probably use 2 pumps for the return with one being a closed loop.
There will be a fuge in the sump so do I tee off part of the draining water so some feeds the skimmer and some feeds the fuge. I know I will have a thousand other ? but I would like to start here. I am in know hurry, but would rather take my time and do it the right way.
Thanks Tracy

Have you got a pic?
Have you decided which type of bulkhead you are going to use? eg Durso or a Full siphon ect

There are two main options:
The durso
http://www.dursostandpipes.com/

The full siphon
Can't find the page due to search function, but it's on here somewhere

I'm using a full siphon. Works well absolutely silent, a bit more risky than a durso so I am running a second standpipe in case of an emergency. Go with the durso if you want ease of use.

From this thread that explains how to drill tanks...

the following sizes for bulkheads are indicated for hole sizes.....

Ahhh... forgot this little list:
Diamond Hole Saw size 60mm = 1.5 inch Bulkhead
Diamond Hole Saw size 45mm = 1.0 inch Bulkhead
Diamond Hole Saw size 38mm = 0.75 inch Bulkhead

Not sure how those are normally plumbed
