why is it metric, and why is the whole so big? that's like a 2.4" hole. did you drill that out already? if not, i would purchase another bit. you may be able to find one that is metric, but then what about the pvc and all?
you can get a bulkhead from lowes, or HD. they are in the electrical part, ask for water proof conduit that will make a water tight seel through a hole.
The hole just needs to be close to the OD of your bulkhead. The gasket should seal to the tank anyways. Just buy the metric size that is a hair bigger than your drill bit, and the gasket should take care of the rest.
