bummed out rose tip anemone

I have a rose tip anemone that has shriveled up and looks like it is about to enter the realm of the non-living. It keeps hanging to the rocks and changing places. When I got it, it measured 2"-2 1/2" and now it is about 1" and you can't even see tentacles, just tiny pink dots around the edges. I keep trying to feed it phytoplankton and shrimp, but, it doesn't even want to eat anymore.

I've attached a picture of him not eating.

Any ideas to help bring back his health?

what lighting? what are your water parameters?
This looks like this might be a case of too much too fast.

Try feeding it something meatier. I like prime reef, but a lot feed krill. I usually use tongs, and wave it over to see if the tentacles will grab the food. If it doesn't remove the food.
