Thoughts on the algae in the pic (green stuff in bottom right)? Cropped up a week ago and is very attached (hard to scrub off). Tank is 1 1/2 years old, nitrates around 10 ish (softie tank), use ro water, change every other week. Feed small amounts, sometimes every other day. Don't have phosphate test kit so don't know that (guess it's high huh? 
not sure why the change, could be due to a skimmer replacement (old one broke) or that I had to remove a rock urchin th hat started to attack my gorgonian. Maybe he was eating it. Thoughts on type of algae and how to combat? Is it green hair?
