button polyp will not open

So I bought these buttons about 3 weeks ago and they will not open all the way. I do water changes every week. The tank is at 1.025. The temp sits around 80.4. It will get up to 80.9 and down to 79.9. I had the LFS check my water and they said everything is perfect. Any ideas why these dudes will not open? Is that little guy the reason they will not open?

Did you light acclimate them? start them in the bottom then gradually move the up as time passes and the coral gets acclimated to your lighting scheme?

I did that...I have also moved them a couple time to see if they would be happy in a different place. They are at the top now and have been for some time now.

I usually keep my bottom polyps when I had them where better in the bottom or mid level but kept with Good to strong in-direct flow.

should I be adding any suppliments? If so, what is the best to give them? How often?

Usually Z's and P's act up when pH, Alk/DKH, Salinity are off. changes in light intensity and flow also affect them.
