buy a real reef

god thats so nice.. i cant imagine what the price is on that island.

<------------(runs to play the lotto)

For $341k, I'll buy it tomorrow. Sadly, that's either a scam, or a tease....the actual price will probably be closer to $30-40M.

if you read it, its just a classifed ad, you need to contact the seller to really get full details on it.

That is absolutely gorgeous! On the other hand:

I intern doing business valuation and we have a lot of people who value the land for us. This seems severely undervalued, but I would assume anyone able to afford it in the first place would do extensive research and whatnot. When I read it, I was almost certain it was going to be for a single parcel of land or something... But the whole island! For anyone who loves the ocean/beach/anything almost!, that is the ultimate dream.

on the bottom it states that the real price is 25,000,000 (25million) - however ebay didn't allow it to enter it correctly .. which i think is a heap of sh!t ... but what do i know.

Hmm, it's nice, but I don't think it would be deep enough for the yacht, and I would hate to see it drudged...

Yo Justin lets go half and half

I already tried to buy it, but my attorneys weren't happy with some of the contractual language. The seller wouldn't budge, so the deal fell through.

:D :D :D

It says is has been apraised at 25 million euros in '99. With the completion of the new resort going up the estimated value is supposed to be around 40 million euros. These prices are in comparison to the other fiji islands that have been sold as freehold land. All seems legit so far. But interested parties should contact the current owner who has had the island since '94. Would be nice to own some of Fiji if I had the bank to spend. Thanks for the cool link.
