buying fish online

What is your experience / thoughts with buying livestock online? I have a couple of times and have had about 50% survival rate.....is this common. I know a particular site that often offers free overnight shipping which combined with lower fish prices make it appealing.....however I hate losing fish, is this just part of the process when buying online?

I buy from liveaquaria and never have a problem. If fish DOA or within a couple days, they credit no questions asked. I have only had 1 fish arrive DOA and the rest are still alive. I ordered about 20 fish, coral and inverts over the past year and no probs.

I've ordered from liveaquaria.com and Bluezoo.com, and had 100% survival rate thus far. A Powder BLue came in rather sick looking, but Hybrid was able to fatten him up in no time.

I just ordered a Blonde Naso Tang, Leopard Wrasse and a Desjardini Salfin Tang from Live Aquaria. All 3 arrived looking great. It has been 2 weeks now since they arrived and everyone is out and about swimming and eating. The fish look great.
