Depends where you are as you can have them shipped to you or you can pick up if you are near breeders in London and Woodstock Ontario.
I know there are some online sources like J & L Aquatics that buy from major sources, probably mostly Asian, but there is one store, Incredible Aquarium in London Ontario that ships H. erectus seahorses that have been locally raised by hobbyists.
In Toronto area, Seahorse Canada supplies some stores with H. erectus that originated with an order I imported years ago from seahorsecorral.com in Florida.
Basically you would also call them hobby raised as well as they don't come from a large supplier importing them.
