He could be happier, but a lot depends on:
water parameters
flow conditions
Light intensity
length of time in your tank

You havesome PE but not tons.
Post the above info and we'll try to help

Well I just got it yesterday. Decently high flow, a little off center of my xr30 water parameters are good.

If its new to your tank, give it a week or so. Mine looked terrible for 2 weeks the last time it got moved.
