calc and alk question

i just tested my calcium and alkalinity tonight using a Salifert test kit for both. I have been adding kents calcium and pro buffer about 3-4 times a week. Anyways, my calcium tested at 390-400, and my Alk tested at about 9.6 dkh. These numbers seem pretty good to me, but i could be wrong. do i need to keep adding the calcium and buffer or could i maybe hold off for a while.... thanks for the input..

I would keep bumping your calcium up to around 425. If you don't already have this calculator you may find it helpful:

You could tweak the ca up a bit as stated.What is your PH??
might not be a bad idea to know your magnesium levels as well.All in all pretty good leveks.
