Calcium and kH levels

Does anyone have any experience using reef fusion by seachem and how do you like it if you do use it, my calcium is at 360-380 and kH between 10-12 are these perimeters good or bad

Your calcium level is fine, your ALK level is fine depending on what you're going for.

My SPS corals would burn up with ALK levels at or around 12, i run mine at 7-8dKh.

If your corals are growing and not showing any signs of stress then your levels are fine. I think it's more important to maintain constant levels and avoid fluxuation.
 
these are the perameters i follow 75-80° F; sg 1.024-1.026 (1.025 is ideal); pH 8.1-8.4 Ca 420-440 ppm, Alk 8-9.5 dKH, Mg 1260-1350, Nitrates <10ppm, Phosphates, < .10ppm
 
Stop adding the alkalinity supplement for a few days. Then test and see where alkalinity is. When it gets to the level you want start dosing again. Test every couple of days to see how much to dose to keep your tank at the level you want then keep dosing at that level, testing every few days to make sure it stays where you want.
