calcium dispenser

I have been using the calcium dispenser with my tunze ato. I keep having a problem with it dispensing the cloudy(slurry)water. Sometimes due to a lot of evaporation the ato has to kick on frequently. This does not allow the slurry to settle back to the bottom so it gets pumped into the sump. Some of my corals are agitated. Could this be the problem? If so what can I do to fix this problem? I'm thinking of taking the dispenser offline and going back to 2 part.

Is the Osmolator ever turned off during the day? Generally I would expect very small additions at any time and no real spike or issues. You could turn down the pump speed inside the controller.
