Calcium reactor media

Is the ARM in the reactor suppose to spin around up top inside the calcium reactor when it is turned on?

No your ca reactor should be filled to 2/3 of it and it should stay in position.

Does that mean the pump I have on it is too powerful? I do have it 2/3 of the way but the water flow on top is making the top of the media spin around.
