Looking for suggestions on calcium reactors. Going to be going on a 330 gallon sps tank with large mature colonies was dosing using a GHL doser. Have about a 75 gallon sump also let me know if you need anymore info looking for a higher end product that's reliable and easy to use!

Geo, unless you have a few grand to spend. In that case, Dasteco. Spelling may be incorrect...[emoji16]

+1 for DaStaCo. I have been using one for 2 years now, it is so easy to dial in and once you set it to your desired alk/ca level, it is rock solid. Unique Corals sells them in the US.

Reliable to use will require a continuous peristalitic pump like a Masterflex as a feeding pump and effluent control. You will also need an aquarium plant electronic regulator for precise C02 delivery.

Check out my reef creations. I like it better then the geo. It is very well built and easier to use then the geo. I have the cr 6 and love it. It holds a ton of media and I don't have to fill it often. I like the idea of a second chamber to remove more of the co2. I am not using anything special with it just gravity feed, Milwaukee reg,and an apex controller.

The geo is a nice reactor and has been around for a long time.

I think it was 700 with the blue line pump. Plus media. Imo I would go a little bigger then rated if you are going to have a big demand.

I went bigger because I'm putting a fish room in my basement. I have a 200 gal and I'm adding another 300 gal for a frag tank and all my filtration.

I really appreciate it to be honest the reason I asked this question is because I think the geo does not look as well constructed. It just looks a little cheap to me but I could totally be out of line.

My GEO is pretty beefy. It's just a simple design but it works with no fuss.

GEO with aquarium plants controller, and apex for back up.
And they are energy effecient with their small pumps.
