How's your pH? Adding pure baking soda will definitely lower your pH so dose carefully. Try not have your pH go down 0.2 every dose. I suggest you spread the dose, maybe about 1/2 tsp every hour for four hours.
When you're set, I suggest you start topping off kalk again. Depending on your tank load and your evaporation rate, you might want to adjust the amount of kalk you add to your top off. Start with 1 teaspoon per gallon and test every 3 days to see if your kalk mix meets the demand of your tank. Adjust accordingly.
Also, don't forget to check your Magnesium. It might be a good idea to check it now if you haven't checked it for a while. Adjust it, and then check again every month.
