Cali or Oregon?

I got this tort a few months ago, and can't remember if it is oregon or cali. It is an ORA tort. What do you guys think? If it helps at all, it is the slowest growing acro I have. Also, the colors are off a bit in the pic, it is more purplish blue in real life than in the pic. Thanks!

looks like ORA or Cali tort as it has green in it the Oregon has no green hues
