Calibration Mode?

I purchased a used Mp10, and am trying to activate calibration mode, but nothing happens, if I press Mode and Set, while in feed mode.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
I've followed the instructions to the letter.

An EcoSmart controller will only enter calibration mode if the controller is in pump disconnect mode. That said, this is an extremely rare error on EcoSmart controllers. If your MP10 is in pump disconnect, I would recommend calling in for more advanced troubleshooting.
