Calling all Kessil A360 owners

How are you liking your lights and ability to dim with a controller? For those of you that also have had 350's is there a noticeable difference in brightness?

Lets see some pics!!!

I have the A360, can't dim it because Kessil hasn't shipped the cables yet. I'm going to fab up one this weekend for my reef keeper. We'll see how it all goes.

I do like the light though. Doesn't seem much brighter than the 350.

Mine doesn't arrive until Monday, and my Apex shortly thereafter. I'm like the golden retriever puppy of this discussion - hugely excited, but ultimately not much help.

Lol Dave that is a good analogy. I'm in the same boat. I ordered a 350 and the day the damn thing arrived on my doorstep Kessil announced the 360. Thankfully MD was understanding of the situation and allowed me to exchange and pay the difference in price. Should get it next week.

Hello Dave,

I have two golden's, Molly and Bella that only give lots of love, licks and tons of golden and English cream hair:):)

On the serious side, I have one of the original 150's along with my two AI Vega's, which I may upgrade my 150 for the 360 down the road.

Fabbed up the cable and everything works! Total cost was $2 :-D

For a reef keeper, all you need is a stereo dual male 3.5mm cable. Cut off one end, strip the wires, connect the red wire to the red wire on your 2pin plug, the white wire to the red wire on the other two pin. The yellow ground to both black grounds on the two pin, and you're done.

The pin on the jack is intensity. The ring is spectrum.

Setup dim A and B to your liking and you're all set. Fyi, the lights will not turn on below level 10. So plan accordingly
