Callogobius cf. amikami experiences?

Anyone else out there with a liveaquaria amikami goby?

I just ordered one, and am curious what others are experiencing with this fish. I suspect it will be a cryptic fish. I'm putting it in a 34 gallon marine planted tank, that has a docile pair of fish. Since it came from LA, it will be easy to get feeding and will eventually become bold enough to be out in the open?

Any anecdotal experiences and observations are welcome...

I picked up 3 from my lfs a few weeks ago. I feed rods because it has small particles in it. The fish are in a 12g nano, I see them frequently they just aren't very active. They hang out on the sandbed most of the time, just kind of sitting there. Very beautiful fish but I probably put them close to my flaming prawn goby as far as behavior, though I do see these guys more. Last point, these guys are small, so just be aware of that.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm worried it'll disappear in the 34. I may have to put it in my fishless 14g nano.

You will have a better chance of seeing it in your 14
