camel shrimp & peppermint shrimp

I bought a peppermint shrimp today from a LFS, so I thought. When I got home i noticed it was a camel shrimp. I bought it to take care of my aptasia's. Will the camel shrimp do the same or was it a waste?

if you have a sump you can always toss it in there that is where anything I get out of my main tank goes

I bought a camal shrimp about a year ago, and the damn pet store told me it was reefsafe, so I put it in and found out later that it wasnt reefsafe, BUT its been in my tank ever since and hasnt bothered anything, and I have shrooms, zooz, polyps, lps, yellow leather, colt coral, toadstool, and some more, so I guess it was luck of the draw.

No, he didnt in fact, for aptasia, I am going to invest in some bergia nudis to take care of the aptasia.
