Can a Royal Gramma and Firefish coexist?

I have two Ocellaris Clownfish in my DT. They've been in there for about a month and they're doing really well. Next week I'd like to get two more fish and place them in my QT. I'm starting with peaceful fish and working up from there.

I was thinking about getting a Royal Gramma and Firefish and placing them both into the QT together. Will they be OK together?

Both are really not fish that show much aggression to other species so I would say they should get along.

Grammas also hardly ever fight among each other if you start with a group of juveniles. Normally their "fights" are just a big show and hardly ever lead to actual violence.

Firefish are a bit more violent among each other and fights usually lead to fin damage or even death.

Those were my first fish in a new tank. I had no problem with them together in the QT.

So if I get 2 or 3 young grammas, they would be ok together?
(75g 1 year old tank, mated pair of clowns, yellow tang)
I'm having a hard time deciding on my final fish additions. I want some colour.

It's what I did. I bought 3 small grammas and put them into a 10 gallon QT, though instead of PVC pieces I decorated it with Real Reef artificial live rock.
A hacking order developed quickly and after a couple of months the largest was almost twice as large as the smallest. After 6 months in the 10 gallon tank I transferred them to my 40 gallon tank where they are doing fine now.
Their behavior is quite interesting and they add a nice splash of yellow to the overall purple (from coralline) tank.
Grammas are even more fun when you create large overhangs and vertical walls as they will swim there always with their bellies towards the rock.

Believe it or not but there were also two marine betas and a pair of percula and a bicolor blenny with them.

Try to get the tank raised from Sustainable Aquatics. They are very outgoing and not shy at all. I paired my little tank raised with a wild of roughly twice the size and after some torn fins at the start they are now doing great together.

Before I just paired adults and got them usually spawning within a month. Though since I have right now limited space and no way to bred them I got little ones to let them grow up together.
